Workforce operations for last-mile delivery
We operate the workforce behind last-mile logistics
Delivery Service Partners lose their entire driver roster more than once a year. LogiLink runs the workforce operations behind your routes — recruiting, payroll, compliance and retention — so your scorecard holds and your routes go out staffed.

The delivery lifecycle
Services across the delivery lifecycle
Delivering end-to-end workforce, compliance, and operational solutions that help logistics and delivery organizations build efficient, reliable, and scalable operations.

Driver Hiring & Onboarding
Sourcing, screening and compliance-ready onboarding that gets qualified Delivery Associates active and route-ready — from the first phone screen to an official Active DA confirmation.

Payroll & Compliance
Full-cycle payroll administration, daily timecard audits and E-Verify compliance handled with weekly discipline — every run reconciled before it is submitted for approval.

Scorecard
Every scorecard metric reviewed daily, recurring defects traced to the driver and route behind them, and a written summary in leadership's hands the same day.

Safety Disputes
Safety telematics watched through the day and every event reviewed at source — so drivers are coached the moment a concern appears and an incorrect event is challenged on evidence, not absorbed.

CDF Disputes
Every Customer Delivery Feedback defect investigated in the portal before a dispute is filed — and filed factual, objective and evidence-based, never speculative.

Invoice Reconciliation
Line-by-line verification of every weekly settlement against dispatch, payroll and scorecard records — so nothing is paid, or missed, by default.

Unemployment Tracker
Automated claim workflows, documentation coordination and on-time electronic responses that reduce administrative load and avoid costly response delays.

DSP Support Assist
Live route monitoring, rescue assignment and hours-of-service oversight that keeps dispatch running clean — an extension of your desk, staffed for continuous real-time coverage.
Our mission
To run the parts of a delivery operation that pull managers away from the road — hiring, payroll, compliance and fleet care — so every delivery partner we work with can put its full attention on service and growth.
Why DSPs choose us
What makes LogiLink different for DSPs
Five things a delivery partner can check for themselves — in your systems, your disputes, and your next audit. Not five promises to take on trust.

How we operate
The seven things a back office has to hold every day — dispatch, compliance, performance, escalations, systems, scale, and the admin load underneath all of them — run by specialists working inside the tools you already use.
Pricing

Every service is available on its own. Most Delivery Service Partners pair two or more — and save against à la carte pricing.

If yours isn’t here, talk to operations — the answer usually depends on your fleet and stations.
Yes — Delivery Service Partners are the core of what we run, alongside independent service providers and last-mile contractors. The scorecard language, the RTS windows and the compliance regime are what we’re built around.
No. Recruiting is one of the things we do, but we run the whole back office — payroll, compliance, fleet and operations. You get an operations partner, not a résumé pipeline.
Whichever one you already run — we work inside your existing payroll platform rather than moving you onto ours, with punch validation and overtime analytics on top. Drivers get paid on time and correctly, and you get the analytics before overtime becomes a surprise.
That’s a lot of the job. We track DCR, DNR, POD and CDF route by route, dispute the miscounts with the network, and tie weekly coaching to the metrics that actually moved.
We support Delivery Service Partner clients across North America and Europe, run from four offices so dispatch hours are covered end to end rather than by one team in one time zone.
To your active Delivery Associate count and which services you combine, not per seat. Every service can be contracted on its own, and combining two or more brings the per-DA cost down — see pricing and packages, or tell us the shape of your operation and we’ll scope it.

Take the back office off your desk.
Tell us how many drivers you run and where, and we’ll come back with what a handover looks like.
