1.Our Services

LogiLink provides hiring, onboarding, dispatch, and back-office support services to logistics, transportation, freight, courier, and related service businesses (our “Clients”). When you apply to a job posting we manage, our agents communicate with you on behalf of and under the written authorization of the Client whose position you applied to. LogiLink is a service provider to its Clients; except where expressly stated, LogiLink is not the employer for advertised positions, and any employment relationship arising from an application is between you and the applicable Client.

2.Text Messaging (SMS/MMS) Program Terms

Program: LOGILINK LLC hiring and onboarding updates — individual, two-way messages related to your job application, such as interview scheduling, road test coordination, drug screening instructions, and onboarding steps.

• Consent: By providing your phone number in a job application we manage, and/or by replying YES to our confirmation message, you consent to receive these messages. Consent is not a condition of employment or of any purchase.
• Message frequency varies based on your application and onboarding activity.
• Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP to cancel at any time. You will receive one final confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent. Replying START or YES re-subscribes you.
• Help: Reply HELP, visit https://logilinksolutions.com, or email info@logilinksolutions.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Other channels: If you choose to communicate with us on other messaging channels (such as WhatsApp), the same consent and opt-out principles apply, and you may stop those messages at any time by telling us so in that channel.
• Eligibility: The messaging program is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older.
• Do not send sensitive information by text. We will never request Social Security numbers, driver’s license images, dates of birth, banking details, or immigration documents by text message, and you should not send them. Documents are collected only through official onboarding channels.

Our handling of your information in connection with the messaging program is described in our Privacy Policy, including our commitment that no mobile information or opt-in data is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

3.Recorded and Monitored Communications

Communications with us — including phone calls — may be recorded or monitored for quality assurance, training, compliance, and record-keeping purposes. Where required by law, you will be notified at the start of a recorded call, and your continued participation constitutes consent to the recording.

4.Applications and No Guarantee of Employment

Submitting an application, attending an interview, or completing onboarding steps does not guarantee employment, engagement, or any particular outcome. Hiring decisions are made by the applicable Client. You represent that information you provide in applications and communications is accurate and complete.

5.Acceptable Use of the Site

You agree not to: use the Site or our communication channels for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; interfere with the operation of the Site; misrepresent your identity; or use automated means to scrape or harvest content or data from the Site.

6.Intellectual Property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, and design — are owned by LogiLink or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Client names and trademarks referenced in postings or communications belong to their respective owners and are used under authorization. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent.

7.Third-Party Platforms and Links

The Site and our communications may reference or link to third-party platforms (such as job boards and onboarding portals). Those platforms are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

8.Disclaimers

THE SITE AND OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE OR ANY COMMUNICATION CHANNEL WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

9.Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOGILINK AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR OUR SERVICES. IN ALL CASES, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US $100) OR THE MINIMUM AMOUNT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

10.Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LogiLink, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11.Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

12.Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date; your continued use of the Site or our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
