Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how LOGILINK LLC (“LogiLink,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit logilinksolutions.com (the “Site”), apply to job opportunities we manage, communicate with us by phone, text message (SMS/MMS), or email, or otherwise interact with our services. By using the Site or our services, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.
1.Who We Are
LOGILINK LLC is a United States company (7901 4th St N, Suite 5551, St. Petersburg, FL 33702) providing hiring, onboarding, dispatch, and back-office support services to logistics, transportation, freight, courier, and related service businesses (our “Clients”). In many cases we collect and process applicant information on behalf of and under the written authorization of our Clients, acting as their service provider. Our services are delivered by our teams and affiliated service entities in the United States, Canada, and India, operating under written intercompany agreements.
2.Information We Collect
From job applicants and candidates: name and contact details (including phone number and email), application and résumé information, work history, qualifications and licenses referenced during the hiring process, interview scheduling details, and records of communications with us (including text message conversations, call logs, call recordings where recording is used, and emails).
From Client contacts: business contact information such as name, role, work phone number, and email.
From Site visitors: standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and cookie data used for Site functionality and analytics.
We do not ask for, and you should never send, Social Security numbers, driver’s license images, dates of birth, banking information, or immigration documents by text message. Such information is collected only through official onboarding channels.
3.How We Collect Information
We collect information: (a) when you apply to a job posting we manage on platforms such as Indeed or ZipRecruiter and provide your contact details in your application; (b) when you communicate with us by phone, text, email, or through the Site; (c) from the Client on whose behalf we provide services; and (d) automatically, through cookies and similar technologies when you use the Site (you can control cookies through your browser settings). Calls with us may be recorded or monitored for quality assurance, training, compliance, and record-keeping purposes; where required by law, you will be notified at the start of a recorded call.
4.How We Use Information
We use personal information to: process and respond to job applications; schedule interviews, road tests, drug screenings, and onboarding steps; communicate with applicants and Client contacts about opportunities and services; perform our contractual services for Clients; maintain records of consent and communications; monitor, record, and review communications for quality assurance, training, and compliance; comply with legal obligations; protect against fraud and misuse; and improve our services and the Site.
5.Text Messaging (SMS/MMS) Program
When you apply to a job posting we manage and provide your phone number, or otherwise give us your number and consent, we may send you individual, two-way text messages related to your application and onboarding — for example interview scheduling, road test coordination, and drug screening instructions. Our first message will identify the recruiting team contacting you and ask you to confirm that text is okay.
- Consent: Providing your phone number in a job application and/or replying YES constitutes your consent to receive these messages. Consent is not a condition of employment or of any purchase.
- Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your application and onboarding activity.
- Costs: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive a single confirmation message, after which no further messages will be sent.
- Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us using the details in Section 13.
- Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
If we communicate with you on other messaging channels that you choose to use with us (such as WhatsApp), the same consent, identification, and opt-out principles apply: you may stop those messages at any time by telling us so in that channel.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with, or sold to, any third parties. Information may be shared with subcontractors and service providers strictly for support services (such as customer service and message delivery) as described in Section 6.
6.How We Share Information
We share personal information only as follows: (a) with the Client whose job posting you applied to, as part of the hiring and onboarding services we perform for that Client; (b) with service providers that support our operations, such as job platforms, communication platforms (including call recording, transcription, and summarization features), background screening and testing facilities designated in the hiring process, and IT providers — each only for the purpose of providing services; (c) with our affiliated service entities in the United States, Canada, and India, under written intercompany agreements, solely for delivering the services described in this Policy; (d) when required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of any person; and (e) in connection with a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition, subject to this Policy.
We do not sell personal information. As stated in Section 5, mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
7.International Processing
Because our teams operate in the United States, Canada, and India, personal information may be accessed and processed in those countries. Wherever your information is processed, it is protected by the commitments in this Policy and by written agreements between our entities.
8.Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, to maintain required consent and communication records, to meet legal and contractual obligations, and to resolve disputes — after which it is deleted or de-identified.
9.Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal information, including named individual user accounts for our agents, restricted access to communication systems, and written operating procedures governing how our team communicates and handles data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10.Your Choices and Rights
You may: opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP; request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information; and ask questions about our practices — in each case by contacting us using the details in Section 13. Depending on where you live (including California and other US states with privacy laws), you may have additional rights regarding your personal information; we will honor valid requests as required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
11.Children
Our services and the Site are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; if we learn we have done so, we will delete it.
12.Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date, and material changes will be communicated as required by law.
